Each cohort of the skilled entrepreneurs work in smaller teams to build investible startups out of  innovative ideas in company with experienced venture builders.  On completion of the three streams of OnDisrupt, entrepreneurs graduate as co-founders in investible ventures with OnDisrupt as the other co-founder.
